Petit Bou is the to-go brand of the luxurious and established catering brand Monsieur Bou. Petit Bou, which translates into ‘a little nibble’, offers ‘Franjé’ sandwiches, also known as Lebanese toasties.
Franjé is a Lebanisation of the word ‘French’, and the Franjé sandwich is a distant cousin to the baguette. It is soft and lends itself perfectly to being toasted, at which point it becomes super crispy from the outside, while becoming melted and gooey on the inside.

CHICKEN & TOUM
This is our signature sandwich. Generously filled with shredded rôtisserie chicken, the sandwich is toasted and then smeared with our elegant and refined garlic sauce before we add crispy pickles, and hand it to you to bite in.
SUJUK & CHEESE
Competing with the chicken sandwich for first position is our Sujuk and Cheese Combo. We combine cheese with our Mediterranean sausage meat cooked to perfection, and then add some mayo, tomato and crunchy pickles.
CHEESE & CHEESE
For cheese lovers, we’ve mixed 5 kinds of Mediterranean cheese with some golden sautéed onions, which ensures an umami-rich meltiness in every bite. (Vegetarian)
MUSHROOM & ZAATAR
And we wouldn’t be Lebanese if we didn’t include zaatar in at least one sandwich! For our Mushroom and Zaatar sandwich, we sauté mushroom with zaatar before supplying a generous amount of Tarator (tahini and lemon).
